Life in calif ... :)... :( ... :-| --- I miss U :(
When I first moved to Calif, I was little worried about how am I gonna survive alone again.. It was the same fear I had when I first landed in US for my masters three years ago. But, everything is pretty much arranged by Indian Students Association and there are always seniors to guide/help along. Luckily in Calif, I landed with roommates,I cannot ask for any better persons/roomies. They are coolest of cool, they .. no we get along very good in any aspect, you might say from restaurant to night clubs... we rock !!
Not to mention again, calif is such a beautiful place to hang around. These are the places which I have visited recently...
1) Golden Gate -- should I tell anything more about it
2) 2500 mile drive from Baton rouge, LA to Mountian View, CA Pitstops Lasvegas, Albuquerque. Met Japji Hundal my old friend from engineering college in Chennai.
3) Lake Tahoe -- beautiful place, experience snow for the first time did ice skating, sun burned my eyes, had to take week off from office.
4) Yosemite --- visited twice :) , I love this place to the core, glacier point is amazing, we hickeed to vernal falls.-- > will visit with my girl again
5) Half moon bay beach -- played cricket and had super size snacks.
6) 17 mile pebble beach drive --ooops, we forgot to take camera :(
7) Sky diving -- 13000 feet free fall, was scary before the jump but during the free fall .. you are in shear force of gravity, after opening parachute I was in heaven, calm, floating in air and away from everyone, ofcourse except from my instructor ;)
8) numerous restaurants and night clubs .. currently spice hut restaurant in sunnyvale is on top of the charts.
During all these trips, I miss my friends from Baton Rouge very much. Three years of my masters would not have been so much fun without you all. There are certain things which I experienced and I might not experience in future. I don't know whether I will meet any of you people again or not. My time with AID India, Dr.Brygg and few my very close buddies is unforgettable. I love you all and would remember forever.
I miss U :(
